GoalAI bir spor analiz ve eğlence uygulamasıdır. Bahis veya kumar hizmeti değildir. Uygulamayı kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersiniz.

1. Hizmetin Tanımı

GoalAI; canlı maç takibi, istatistiksel analizler ve yapay zeka temelli olasılık sinyalleri sunar. Tüm içerik bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Uygulama bahis oynatmaz, bahis kabul etmez ve hiçbir bahis sitesine aracılık etmez.

2. Yaş Sınırı

Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız. Kullanarak bunu beyan etmiş olursunuz.

3. Hesap

Uygulamayı kullanmak için Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparak hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.

4. Tahminlerin Doğruluğu ve Sorumluluk Reddi

Sunulan olasılıklar ve AI sinyalleri geçmiş ve canlı verilere dayalı istatistiksel tahminlerdir; kesin sonuç veya kazanç garantisi vermez. Spor sonuçları doğası gereği belirsizdir.

Uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanarak aldığınız kararlardan (bahis dahil, uygulama teşvik etmese de) GoalAI sorumlu tutulamaz. Kullanım tamamen kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.

5. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

Uygulama, ek özellikler için otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (Premium) sunar. Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden (In-App Purchase) işlenir ve Apple'ın şartlarına tabidir.

Ücret, satın alma onayında Apple hesabınıza tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
Aboneliği Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir/iptal edebilirsiniz.
Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında gösterilir.

İadeler Apple'ın politikasına tabidir; ödeme sağlayıcısı Apple olduğundan iade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır.

6. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, içeriği izinsiz kopyalayamaz veya hizmete zarar veremezsiniz.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, logosu ve içeriği Sport Predictors'a aittir. Maç ve istatistik verileri ilgili sağlayıcılara aittir ve yalnızca uygulama içinde görüntülenmek üzere lisanslanmıştır.

8. Hizmetin Değişmesi veya Sonlanması

Hizmeti dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınıza erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.

9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.

GoalAI is a sports analytics and entertainment app. It is not a betting or gambling service. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of the Service

GoalAI provides live match tracking, statistical analysis, and AI-based probability signals. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes. The app does not run or accept bets and is not an intermediary to any betting site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using it, you confirm you are over 18.

3. Account

To use the app, create an account by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account's security. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Accuracy of Predictions and Disclaimer

The probabilities and AI signals are statistical estimates based on past and live data; they do not guarantee any outcome or winnings. The results of sporting events are inherently uncertain.

GoalAI is not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app (including betting, even though the app does not encourage it). Use is at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) and are subject to Apple's terms.

The fee is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
It auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Current prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen.

Refunds are subject to Apple's policy; since Apple is the payment provider, refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, copy its content without permission, or attempt to harm the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logo, and content belong to Sport Predictors. Match and statistics data belong to the respective providers and are licensed for display within the app only.

8. Changes or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may restrict access to your account if you violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
