GoalAI bir spor analiz ve eğlence uygulamasıdır. Bahis, kumar veya para kazandırma hizmeti değildir; hiçbir bahis aracılığı yapmaz. Tüm olasılıklar istatistiksel analiz ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

1. Biz Kimiz

Bu uygulama "Sport Predictors" adı altında sunulmaktadır. Gizlilikle ilgili soru ve talepleriniz için support@sportpredictors.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

2. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz

Uygulamayı kullanabilmeniz için gereken asgari veriyi toplarız:

Hesap bilgileri: Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptığınızda sağlanan e-posta adresiniz ve adınız (kimlik doğrulama Firebase Authentication ile yapılır).
Kullanıcı kimliği: Size özel hesap kimliği (Firebase UID).
Bildirim jetonu: Size bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz jetonu (push token).
Abonelik durumu: Premium aboneliğinizin olup olmadığı ve süresi.
Tercihleriniz: Favori ligleriniz ve uygulama dili.
Teknik veriler: Firebase üzerinden temel kullanım ve çökme (crash) verileri.

Kredi kartı, kimlik numarası, konum geçmişi gibi hassas veriler toplanmaz. Ödemeler tamamen Apple tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.

3. Verileri Neden Kullanıyoruz

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve girişinizi doğrulamak,
Maç analizleri ve AI sinyalleri için bildirim göndermek,
Aboneliğinizi yönetmek,
Favori lig ve dil tercihlerinizi hatırlamak,
Uygulamayı stabil tutmak ve hataları gidermek.

4. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız, reklam için paylaşmayız. Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli hizmet sağlayıcılarla işlenir:

Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama, bildirim, temel analiz ve çökme raporları.
Apple — giriş (Sign in with Apple) ve ödeme/abonelik işlemleri.

Spor veri sağlayıcımıza hiçbir kişisel veriniz gönderilmez; oradan yalnızca genel maç verisi alınır.

5. Saklama ve Güvenlik

Verileriniz güvenli sunucularda, şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden işlenir. Verilerinizi yalnızca hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde ilgili verileriniz makul bir sürede kalıcı olarak silinir.

6. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak (Türkiye — KVKK, AB — GDPR ve diğer bölgeler) verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini/silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve bir kopyasını talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bunun için support@sportpredictors.com adresine yazın.

7. Hesap ve Veri Silme

Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Uygulama içindeki hesap silme seçeneğini kullanın ya da support@sportpredictors.com adresine talep gönderin.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. Bilerek 18 yaş altı kullanıcılardan veri toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

GoalAI is a sports analytics and entertainment app. It is not a betting, gambling, or money-making service and does not facilitate any wagering. All probabilities are for statistical analysis and informational purposes only.

1. Who We Are

This application is offered under the name "Sport Predictors." For privacy questions or requests, contact support@sportpredictors.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the app:

Account details: your email and name provided when signing in with Apple or Google (authentication via Firebase Authentication).
User identifier: a unique account ID (Firebase UID).
Push token: a device token used to send you notifications.
Subscription status: whether you have active premium and its term.
Preferences: your favorite leagues and app language.
Technical data: basic usage and crash data via Firebase.

We do not collect sensitive data such as card numbers, national IDs, or location history. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see or store your card details.

3. Why We Use Data

To create your account and verify sign-in,
To send notifications for match analysis and AI signals,
To manage your subscription,
To remember your favorite leagues and language,
To keep the app stable and fix errors.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is processed only with the providers required to run the app:

Google Firebase — authentication, notifications, basic analytics and crash reports.
Apple — Sign in with Apple and payment/subscription processing.

No personal data is sent to our sports data provider; we only receive general match data from it.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is processed on secure servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We keep it only as long as the service requires. When you delete your account, related data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period.

6. Your Rights (KVKK & GDPR)

Depending on where you live (Turkey — KVKK, EU — GDPR, and other regions), you may access, correct, or delete your data, object to its processing, and request a copy. Write to support@sportpredictors.com.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time. Use the in-app account deletion option, or email support@sportpredictors.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended only for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published here.
